Why do I have to pay when she has him but I didn’t get a penny from her?
i have legal custody of my son as his mother abused him and is alcholic and he had drug problem that i try to help with that his mother started him on but becouse i was to strick as in he had to do home work but before allowed out and in before nine he was allowed back to his mam even tho he out till 3 am in morning. So even thou court order and he should be with me and she gives him no rules i do not see him for over two years i still have topay csa, yet while he lived with me for 3yrs no csa payments from mam.
I think csa predudice and will maintaine this till day i die

It all depends on who child benefit is payable to, and who is the main carer.
If you become the main carer, then inform the CB office and ask CB to be paid to you.
Other than this, try and reached a shared parenting agreement, and make arrangements without CSA involvement. The CSA won’t like that, because they specialise in demonising and criminalising men who are non resident parents.
if shes on benefits then the max you could get is £5 /wk anyway if ya not getting this then ask them why not?
