Why can’t Parliament even help us?

Wow.. I found this site and then a lump in my throat. Reading how you all have gone to ministers before and have had no luck.
My husband’s ex is rorting the system with a loop hole.
Her husband went for a step-parent adoption and over the past two and a half years we have gone through the process. Due to her not letting my husband see his son. My Husband decided it was the best thing he could do.
Half way through the process you are required to relinquish your parental rights and responsibilities. Which then names the new Adoptive father the “Guardian”..
For my husband to reneg his relinquishment is going to cost in the tens of thousands.
They have ONE last piece of paperwork to file with the court. It has now been six months. And she is still claiming the child support and she has been working for ten months. CSA don’t care.
They don’t care she is fraudlantly still claming support when my husband no longer has the responsibility of care. Until she sends that last piece of paperwork to the court. CSA say there is nothing they can do.
We have tried numerous times to contact her lawyer.. even her . We just get back we are “harassing” them. And the matter will progress when they feel like it basically.
There is no time frame to get the last piece of paperwork into court. She could wait ten years. I can’t believe it hey 🙁 ..
We have written to our MP in hopes they can help and they have already taken it to the DCP. But after reading some peoples lack of luck with MP. I just have no hope 🙁

Probably because the have family or friends involved in the running.remember its a multi million pound law firm behind a guise taking 100s of millions in fees for the clerical and the government has okayed the expense.
Can anyone find out through freedom of information who’s making the money??
There must be a dark secret as to why the press never get involved??????
It won’t change unless everyone gets on the streets protesting about being ripped off read one bloke has to pay 700 a month how doze a child cost that to bring up really lol
They don’t take into account cost of living like paying your rent food gas etc they don’t care making you homeless just so they get their money which sits in their bank making interest before being payed out.

It’s a disgrace , I went to citizens advice because they took an extra £750 after I was no longer liable ,(over 14 years I payed £55,000 ). They told me it was an error and couldent stop taking it from my wage , but when it was sorted 6 weeks later they just point blank denied it even happened !!!!and they told me all I could do is complain to them direct ,this was a year ago still nothing . They can do wot ever they like and answer to no one . How can that be allowed ?? I’ve read so many stories on here it just amazes me it’s still going on and I feel for any father who is robbed by the government .
