Why can’t I see my daughter? I’m the only one providing for her!
Why is it I am the only one working for a living to provide for my daughter and yet the only one who doesn’t get to see her?
Go to hell, I’m not interested, go to court is not the answer I would say is fair. This is costing me enough, why should I have to pay out more for what I say is my right. All her family are sat there doing nothing, claiming every benefit possible and yet they get to see my little girl whenever they please.
At least I get to pay for them to go on holiday as I can’t even afford to rent my own place. Thank you CSA.

I’m an nrpp(non resident parents partner) It is wrong that the pwc’s are allowed to alienate the nrp’s just at their whim !We need to change the CSA’s obvious bias towards pwc .Why are they believed with out further investigation!!There are lots of fathers in this position ,it is so wrong >Stay strong! we are trying to get the Government to see this is happening by reporting all the things that happen on sites like these by talking calmly & rationally.
Im in the same situation. Some ex partners seem incapable of separating their own feelings from the needs of the children. Sad but true.
The CSA don’t give a fuck about your relationship with your daughter, the only thing that they care about is rinsing your wages/bank account, and then giving as little as possible to your daughter.
As said above, stay strong, you’re not alone in this, PWC and NRP’s are being ripped off by the evil scum of the CSA, but we all fight on.
Same as me mate after 4mnths hoping to see her and my son on Sunday but ye system is a flaw!
The CSA and the PWC conspire to stop NRP having contact with their children. This ensures a lack of information regarding the status of the child/children and the benefits being claimed, which also leads to a ‘blackout’ of information.
So as far as NRP’s are concerned, the level of maintenance and the circumstances in which the NRP claims benefits are UNKNOWN. This suits the CSA and the PWC and lends maximum leverage in order to extract as much money as they can from the PWC.
This disgraceful, unlawful shambles should be shut down, and lawyers should ask NRP’s to come forward to mount class action claims to sue the government and CSA.

I’ve been in the vile corrupt CSA system, (two cases), since it was set up twenty years ago. Being a PAYE worker and in a professional occupation, I’m a easy target for the low life CSA scum. They have made my life hell.
Lawyer’s won’t get involved and there is a media blackout.
They make up ficticious arrears and as in my case, having always paid and been compliant they stitched me up with over £11,000 of arrears and had the front to threaten me with baliffs/liability order.
They increased the child maintenance age to 20 years, yes a child at 20 years last December and haven’t even had the decency to inform the NRP’s.
CSA staff are on targets/bonuses and will do all they can to milk the NRP’s of all their money.
They’re NRP’s on CSA1, CSA 2 and not paying at all. The whole system stinks !

I know it’s really easy for me to say, but fuck it all, don’t pay and if it means going to prison, just accept it and do it, if I’m ever in that position, I would. English history is laden with those who stood up for what they believed in, got sent to prison for what was right, fighting against evil, I have asked myself would I go to prison in the fight against the CSA scum, yes I would! No Surrender!

Hi Mr Whitey…. Thanks for advice, but I’m now on a pension and do a part time job, which I enjoy, so its all too easy for the CSA to take my money by DEO or DD.
As far as the CSA are concerned NRP’s exist.
The CSA put me in major debt and I’m just pulling myself out of the mess they put me in.
I read the horror stories on here for both NRP’s and PWC and really feel for them.
People are beginning to wise up to the corrupt CSA system and with FB groups being set up, the CSA empire will crumble in the future and serious questions will be asked.

Sigh, i spend most of my day trying to inform people im not a solicitor, Acsess needs to be done in the courts, i dont know ure circumstances, im there to get you assessed, you say “why should i have to pay out more” well, becuase you want acsess and if you want it badly enough im sure youd pay for it.

@csaworker. The point here is how can he pay when knob jockeys like yourself rape his wages with what’s probably a wrong assessment and fictitious arrears. I think child support should be abolished. Many mothers may start behaving like decent human beings and allow children a relationship with their daddy’s
