Because no doubt any other money she gets for herself she is spending on your children! My ex gives me £250 near CSA and not all of it goes directly on my son, some has gone towards gas bill food etc rent and new clothes for him all things that keep his son in a home and food!!

Because it’s not about you controlling what the money is spent on as pwc like Gemma said there are other expenses that take priority also if ya paying that much out you need to get it reassessed as it’s way over the legal percentage they can take
If they are taking 40% of your income you must be paying some arrears as well as maintenance.
Tell them you can not afford this amount, send
in a sheet of incomings and outgoings (recorded delivery) and ask them to reduce it down to 30%.

Vouchers could be used for specific Shops I.e Tescos! And power company’s! This would create a discount as company’s would fight to provide the vouchers and get the custom! More importantly it would stop parasitic woman using payments to subsidise there own lifestyle! Does that sound fair Ladies? Or is that too much control???

Too many dads are being screwed financially… yes they should provide for their kids but when the mum is living a life of luxury and clearly spending the money on herself i.e hair, nails, clothes, shoes etc and the man is working all the hours pos and still cant afford to live on anything I think vouchers are a good idea. Not all single mums take the pee but the ones who are should only recieve vouchers I think….each case is different….

CM is for the kids ALL of it. It is not your childs responsibility or your ex’s to fund your other outgoings…its yours so get a bloody job,and if you work then get another one if you cant afford to pay your bills.
CSA is not there to pay your bills. its to provide your child’s everyday needs. I want to spit teeth when I read crap like “its not about you controlling the money” That’s why so many pwc are having a field day at the nrps expense..all wrong. Dam vouchers would piss on a lot of chips for you mothers because it would mean the money being spent where its intended and not abused like so much of it is. Totally agree with you Simon

Another one namely Tasha Price who like so many on here jut cannot see why nrps complain and bitch on this site even if it jump out and smacked ..For crying out loud IT AINT THE FxxxING PAYING THAT EATS US!! Its the unfair way its taken with no consideration to a nrps outgoings. It is for bills, and its not your money, it is the RPs money as they look after the kids.
As for OP – Unless your kids walk around in rags and are malnourished then some money, from somewhere is being spent on them. The money you pay might well go straight on something like a new handbag – but she has already bought all the things the kids need.
