Pwc income has no bearing on the assessment of Nrp CSa payments

Yeah it is wrong. My ex gets more than me without the csa ….
Her earnings have nothing to do with it, it’s what the non living with patent earns. I’m sick of people moaning about supporting their kids, your not paying your ex, your paying for your children that the parent looking after them pays for financially and emotionally the other is not there.
if she breaking the law about working tax report her to HMRC but csa got nothing to do with how much you well pay , long she get child benefit u have to pay

I am not complaining about payments, all I am asking why has the csa told me she has a disposable income of nil, when she has declared she receives wtc to csa, when shes over the threshold to receive wtc, maybe its just me that thinks its wrong to leave nrp with 153 quid a week to live on run,car flat and live, yes I work full time, but between her and her new partner there disposable income is 55000 per year,so that was my question, and reference to someone that said the money is for the child? bollocks who gets the payment every month? yes the resident parent,i thought this was csa hell?
you are all wrong on csa1 if the pwc is in classed as in receipt of full benefits ie Income support or Working tax credit then the maximum assessment is placed on the NRP !. the only thing you can do is grass her up to benefit fraud as the csa will not change its assessment whilst she is in receipt of wtc
@ Kelly little ford and Amanda Johnson
Both you morons belief then, morally if the pwc potentially earned 50thousand a yr and, or ,her new partner earned ..let’s say the same amount, both working, clearly well off , their kids want for nothing.
The Nrp earns only a fraction of what she earns and he struggles to feed his family and pay the bills. BUT you think it’s ok that he is milked dry ???
Kelly littleford…you got that f****ing right….the pwc earnings sure as hell have nothing to do with what the Nrp pays…that’s what’s so disgusting about this system…it’s not means tested. Why should the Nrp live a life of poverty because the CSA and pwc are bleeding him dry, you ignorant asses.
Gonk
Gary…take whatever the likes of Amanda Johnson and the Kelly littleford with a pinch of salt. They are man haters and care as much about NRP’s as the CSA do.
You raise your point very very well indeed, but the likes of these 2 will never understand even if it came up and smacked them in the face . People like these 2 and their narrow minded comments fuel my anger every time I visit this site. They just don’t seem to be able to grasp the simple reason why dads moan about the CSA. Or they choose to ignore it? WE DON’T HAVE ISSUES LADIES WITH PAYING…IT’S THE UNFAIR AND NON MEANS TESTING.
And all this bollocks about the money going to the kids..lol…hell no. I know for sure that my ex is not spending EVERY PENNY of the £300 I’m robbed of each month, on my daughter. She works, her partner works and she gets other benefits and those 2 assholes are laughting at me. How’s it fair that their household brings home nearly double the bacon I bring home and they get £300 a month on top from my salary…f***ing disgusting.
