Why are the CSA listening to a convicted criminal over me?

I left my husband in 2005 taking our 2 children with me after an abusive relationship, consulted a lawyer about him having access.

Lengthy court battles and minimum csa payments led me to question the csa, I knew he was working full time and kept ringing them informing them of this, their answer was he was on a minimum wage and the calculation was correct.

5 years of numerous phone calls I finally had enough and went to my local mp, criminal compliance was then involved. My ex HAD been working full time and declaring to the csa he was a part time taxi driver producing dodgy wage slips etc, the csa believed him regardless of all my phone calls.

He was charged and convicted of fraud in 2012 with a debt owed to my children of nearly £7000, unwilling to pay this he left his job and did become a taxi driver, more phone calls and involving my mp he was taken to court for non payment and a liability order was granted.

The csa let him stall for a year so he could get his finances in order, sheriff officers visited his property and I was told there was no assets to be had, a jail sentence or his licence getting taken off was the next stage.

Oh the csa gave him 10 days to reach a decision of what HE wanted do and of course he declared himself bankrupt , scotland the debt is wiped, I’m now a flat rate of £5 p/w.

Found out he owns a property and sheriff officers never knew about that which he sublets out, he’s still driving an 09 Mercedes, still has the bought house oh and still earns no money according to the csa.

They told me they will not review his case till August, I’ve spent more money on phone calls than what he has on maintenance, despite his fraud charge and proven to be unreliable the csa are still not listening.
