If your children are living with you than you do not pay. Contact the CSA right away and tell them the children are living with you.
you need to call them and make your own claim . your be put on the new CM rules . Make sure child benefit ect all in your name to once you make your claim her claim will stop and ask them to claim back the money you payed her for the time as well
There is no need for you to claim all you need to do is tell them in writing the children are living with you. They have to stop making you pay and pay back what you have paid. If no joy contact the ICE.You only put a claim in if yo want to play the claiming game.
Who is getting the child benefit? If she is still receiving it then the Csa will want you to pay them. If you are receiving the child benefit then send the Csa proof along with the date you first received it and demand that all money you have paid to them be returned within fourteen days.
Congratulations to anyone who deciphered that!
If you get child benefit for them, you don’t have to pay. A same-day request can be made to prove you get it, then your claim will be closed.
Those that mention Child Benefit are correct. If she does not have the children, there is no need for her to claim this. Have the Child Benefit transfered into your name, and inform the CSA. They can only work on the info they are provided with, it can take a few weeks for the change to show, sooner you do it, the better, gl 🙂
