RT @CSAHell: Why am I still paying when I look after the children?: I have 50% custody of one child and have my other… http://t.co/9niykP…
Who knows?. Have you asked the CSA? You need to be reassessed. Ask for a variation order. Visit csaripoffs Facebook page for full advice and docs to send etc
You need to have child benefit in your name or you’ll still have to pay. My husbands ex gave up their son to the paternal grandparents, but carried on claiming his child benefit. The CSA said while she’s claiming child benefit she’s entitled to CSA.
Ask her to phone the csa and stop it. They only want a girl to phone. If they hear a mans voice then they just hang up the phone as they lose money if they take wot you say. Only the mother can get sence…
If you have the child more than the pwc then you need to get the child benefit converted into your name, this is what the csa look at in deciding which parent has what role.
You might need to obtain proof, like photos of child near dated newspaper, diary or where the childs drs is….preferably near to you. Also make sure csa have assessed you with a dependant child in your home.
Best of luck
i WOULD RING CSA AND TELL THEM AS IF YOU HAVE GOT THE FAMILY ALLOWANCE BOOKS UNDER YOUR NAME YOU SHOULD NOT BE PAYING I KNOW THAT.
