Why am I still paying for my son if he is interned in hospital?

March 25, 2014

My son assaulted me and for the last 12 weeks been in a Mental Health Hospital undergoing Assessment.

Due to his Risk he has also been Assessed for permanent residential care depending on medical diagnosis.

CSA will not stop my Payments as I am the NRP. But I thought CSA was for a child living in Home Environment to pay for all necessities in life , the PWC has not had to buy anything besides shower gel.

Surely there is legal Argument? – in this very traumatic case.

My Son has been sectioned under the MHA 2003-Since August 11 2013 with No Mental Diagnosis- He has been sectioned dip shit . I was looking for constructive advice re the Actions of the CSA who are supposed to work for the benefit of the child. Which has not happened in My Case paying 33000 since 2007 being refused access to My Children by a Greedy Parent with Care and even though My Son is in a Mental Health Hospital their is No Compromise by the CSA – This is Totally Unacceptable CSA should not come before the Welfare of Any Child in this Case My Own and still to date I am still Paying for a Fat Lazy Ex Husband ,who does not even have Custody or Control of my Son- And Actually REAY who thinks he knows it all when Child Benefit is paid to the Parent With Care even though he has been in a Mental Health Hospital which is Unfair -Discriminatory and No I cannot Claim it back. this is not about Money about Fair Treatment – Sorry this website would give you Quality and Constructive Answers Mr Reay don’t f bother you have No clue on such a Estranged situation with a Son in such Turmoil battling Agencies that have No Clue on the Reality it has on the Children and some of the Parents involved ! Obviously not you

I’m afraid if the pwc is claiming child benefit, csa is still enforceable….have you tried ringing child benefit to get advice especially if your son is detained for more than 12 weeks?
