Having joint custody doesn’t matter it’s who ever the full time residential parent is .. If you have your child 3.5days a week equal you can put a claim into her also of you don’t have your kids 3.5 days a week then u have no leg to stand on in the grounds of joint custody
Why are you worried over 5quid?
Was just about to say that Cheryl Smith. 5pound come on lol
£5 and you are moaning…..
£5 per week you’re paying & you have joint custody. Count yourself lucky mate, there’s thousands of people out there paying a small fortune for their children & don’t get to see them!!
and there people who pay Fuck all and still get to see them!!
Actually as you are on benefits, the taxpayer is paying £5 per week.
You just receive £5 less than you would had you never had a child.
If your ex is in receipt of child benefit then they are recognised as the main carer and thus entitled to child maintenance.
someYou can go people dont do themselves any favours.
ok.
there will always be a primary carer. and that is usually the mother. if you are not the primary carer. you pay.
you can go to court and seek full custody if you want and if custody is granted then this would change the status quo.
wouldnt advise it though.
read all of the above perhaps read some ogf the other problems that others have to face and then consider yourself very lucky indeed.
