Why am I in arrears when I have evidence that I shouldn’t be?
Someone’s contacted me about started to pay the csa.Why have I been hit with a 3,000 debt. When I have letters off the job centre telling me they were paying my ex partner money every week out of my benefits from 2008 onwards until I was in work.
I was told they hadn’t received any payments from 2013? But I have letters countering that. I was paying 20 every fortnight from January 2013-November 2014. 280 a month is nearly half my wage.

Phone them and say u have proof and send copys in cant do anything then
Do not send the originals in, they will conveniently disappear!
Exactly that happened to us . 500 arrears went to 2500. After e mailing about a hundred mp s complaining about this we found out that my eldest step son left school, they stopped our payments for him. Then he started college so payments started again, no one ever told us this. Even thought a D O E was in place arrears still occurred. My step son then left college to start work n his money grabbing mum still kept on takin our money and benefits. Now I am tryin to prove we have over paid 2000. We have been given 500 back and fifty pound apology. Keep on at them. Get in touch pay them ten pound and they have to send you copy of everything to do with your case. Craig Bulman is ya man for any advice. Helped us sooo much
My dad used to pay £215per month for one child even though he had 2 childr living with him to support. Yet my daughter dad gets away with it. No justice
And still they’re at it, the CSA manipulating the rules to maximize the amount that they take from nrp’s to justify their own existence to their civil servant/mp overlords…
Ebola would be too good for them.
I received a letter yesterday morning from the Csa telling me I owed nothing as they traced the money that I was getting deducted weekly. My advice is to keep all documentation.
