Which part of the legislation denies me the right to be assessed after 2003?

Could someone please explain to me why, as I am currently being re-assessed, I have to be assessed under the 1993 system rather than 2003. I have been paying, through the CSA for 18years and am sure that this latestb assessment is going to be horrendous and financially crippling for me.

Which part of the legislation denies me the right to be assessed post 2003?

Help!!

  1. I’m in the same position, been on csa1 for 14 years, having to pay £400 per month out of my £1200 wages for one child, also my current partners wages taken into account. So basically my new partner is contributing to paying my csa. Been in touch with my mp, he says he has tried to push for me to be transfered to csa3 or at least csa2 as for me both of these would be fairer.
My mp has been told by someone high up in csa that nobody on csa1 will ever get the chance to be transfered onto the new system, because its UNETHICAL.
    What a fucking joke!
    Very very pissed off nrp.

  2. 100% correct Andrea.
The csa will not be moving any of us from csa1, unless as part of a new claim.
We were promised to be transfered to csa2 and that never happened, it is exactly the same with csa3.

Please fellow csa victims, is there anything us csa1 victims can do to get onto the new calculations?
I’ve 5 more years of this crap!
