Whether you pay it or not, you’re going to get punished
my problem with childsupport is the mother of my children does not support the children with the money rather she supports her drug habit. ive always tried to pay my childsupport when i was working and had everything going good then while i was paying it childsupport decided to take my drivers lisence anyways.
i feel weather you pay it or not your going to get punished and that to me is unfair and should be illegal. and also i get no visitation and its hard to have money for an attourney when your paying child support, the court cost, ect.. theres no chance of ever having money for an attourney and i think this whole mother living off the child support needs to stop!

If u feel that there is welfare problems with YOUR children then I would be doing everything I could to gain custody and care for my children. It’s not the child supports agency’s fault. That’s a job for social workers
@ Pb why is not the csa fault or obligation to ensure the money it forces out of fathers is actually spent on the children and bringing them out of poverty. Its laughable that an organization that bigs its self up when condemned, by using the old chest nut “we are here to lift children out of poverty” what a load of bollocks when it neither cares how or where the money is spent once the mother gets her hands on it. Why are the csa not duty bound to ensure a reasonable welfare towards the child by proving its existence is for the benefit of the child.
The fucking csa only benefits the treasury and its bank balance

Agree with Gonk ~ The useless fu-kwits at the CSA have no clue whatsoever, that they are causing more harm than doing ANY good whatsoever.
They set themselves up as lifesavers, and they are anything but!
The CSA are making many enemies of the state. Can’t wait for the next elections where I can voice my opinions and give it to those who have allowed this shit on the statute books.
The CSA are failing in a duty of care to the PWC, the NRP and the child/children!

It’s not the CSAs fault tht the mother is neglecting her kids and high on drugs. That’s a job or social workers and the father of the children to make sure the kids are safe
