Maybe he is under the impression that because your daughter is now 18 that he doesnt have to pay for her anymore, the liability changed last year and is now up to the age of the 21 for CSA purposes. I think its actually ridiculous that its 21, you are an adult at 18, and even if your daughter is at college I am sure she will be in receipt of her own financial income ie grants etc. I would thank your lucky stars you get a 3 figure amount from him every month, alot of PWC get nothing or a fiver a week which doesnt even cover weekly dinner money!
