Where does my son stand with CSA?
My son has found out a few months ago l he has a daughter, she is now 5 years old. He had a mouth swab taken and he is the father and has been paying the mother voluntary regular weekly payments for child support.
He lost his job a few weeks ago and was unable to keep to the agreement. The problem is although he explained his situation she is threatening to take him to CSA for child support.
She also has another man’s name as the father on the birth certicate (who she had been living with)and has since had another child to him who is 2 years old. Where does my son stand?

one the listed as father needs to come of she breaking the law by putting him on it ! .
2- tell her to go for it she has to pay to open a claim , if he has not money , no benfits ect she want get a penny if he goes on jsa she only get £7 a week then their is fee on top of that so she get less .
she need to member he cant just pull money out thin air
