Check that the mum isn’t claiming child benefit cos if she still is then u still have to pay ..she shouldn’t be claiming now thou

you can review your file yourself. you can contact the CSA and ask for s copy of your file it is free. then you can read it yourself then get the CSA to review it.
you do have to make the request in writing and they cannot refuse the request

Thanks for the replies all very helpful, my concern is I think he is at the army college and a chap from a previous thread has the same problem , and still has to pay???? Not sure how it all works , he must be on 30 hrs plus paid work!! If I still have to pay then so be it but something stinks about this whole situation. I am concerned that if I push this and I am wrong knowing the csa like we do. It’s going to increase my payments
