U have the right to DNA even if they say your not . if your on benefits they can only take £5-£7 of you a week depending on the year of your claim .

Contact your MP thats what i done and things got sorted. Also go on their website and make an official complaint i had a senior manager on phone nxt day. They cannot take u to court if ur not working and r claiming benefits but make sure you tell them or they try and blame you !
You can have a DNA and access isn’t a CSa matter
They can only take fiver a week from benefits go to ur mp now and get them to talk to csa on ur behalf how much are they taking is it alot if so you need to get that money back miniumthey can take is 5 a week keep all your letters and do not phone them no more join the group child support agency rip offs post your atory they can help you to get you in the right direction to make a complaint that will get heard.

If you’re on a benefit they cannot or more like should not be taking you to court….all arrears etc should be suspended until you go back into work. The maxium they can take is 7.00.
Get your doctor to write to csa to back off, this is what my husband had to do when he was signed off with depression caused by the csa grief.
Get your mp involved, email them outlining all your concerns and complaints.
Did you tell the csa the first time they contacted you that you wanted a dna test? Are you on the birth certificate? We’re you married to the pwc?
