When will my next payment be due?
I have had a fair bit of bother getting mainenance money from David McGow the father of my 2 children. Eventually it has been via 3rd party, his employer who is Manpower agency based in Sunderland. However, I had to get back in touch with you because the money had been taken out of his wages but his agency was keeping it.
When you got in touch with the agency they paid the money on 1st October and another smaller payment on the 3rd. I would like to know what date my next one should appear as I hope you are not going to have to keep getting in touch with the agency asking why the next payment hasn’t been made.
Can you please find out when my next payment will be due and if the agency can give a date when the money will be in each month instead of having to go through all of this each time.

This is not the CSA contact them directly , better in writing!
the payment will be made to you when it has cleared through the banking system – if the employer sent the payment by cheque then this will take 7 days to clear in the bank, other methods of payment such as BACS take slightly less time – once this payment is sent out to you it will take 2-3 days to go through the clearance at your bank – as Bonnie states this is not the CSA website so you should contact them direct and they will be able to tell you when the payment is due to be released to you – they are open mon-friday 8am-8pm and 9-5 saturdays their tel no is 0845 6090042
