When they want money it’s straight away – when I’m owed money, it takes 12 months!

Sorry but it would take forever to explaint all my story but it is on going they are right and I am wrong!!!!

every 6 months I get more hassle from them, I always seem to owe them money ,so I regularly have to go to the C,A,B. to get it sorted only to find that I have over paid ,

when I owe them money they want it straight away, but take the extraout in 3 payments , but when they owe me money why is it reduced over 12 months !!!, it seems to be 1 sided,they dont even know there own postal code!!…I’m sure they want to send me to an early grave. they seem to be the criminals not me ….
