1 u shouldn’t be paying that much if you on disability all he is ! I’d get that seen too . And as long as they are in full time schooling then u pay that’s anything 16 hours all more .
I’m with the Nikki here, seems alot when your oh is on disability support, I would ask for a breakdown or see your mp to see why it’s so much. Also what scheme is he on? If it’s cs1 then his ex also has to submit her income details.
I’m afraid child support can be paid right up until the qualifying child (typing that rolling my eyes) is 20!! He needs to be on an appointed course set by child benefit guidelines for you oh ex to qualify.
