What will happen if I continue not to pay?
I would appreciate some advice from those who know. I have fought against the CSA since 2009 over 1 child whose mother I was never married to and who used another mans name on the birth certificate?
She involved the csa back in 2009 and they took out an enforcement order against me as a nrp. I have NEVER paid the csa any money as I knew as soon as this happened they would never leave me alone!
I sent the birth certificate into their numerous offices and no DNA test has ever been carried out as I refuse to pay for the dna test and they will not pay for it either.
The questions I would like answered are:
1 Will they take me to court and ultimately send me to prison if I continue not to pay?
2 Will this action ever end in terms of their justification for demanding money from me when they have NOT proved that I am this childs father?
I am resident in the UK but am also self employed. I would appreciate some feedback from anyone who has knowledge of the CSA and their tactics – thankyou.

Firstly DONT SIGN ANYTHING as u have NO CONTRACT WITH THEM…. involve yr mp complaints review y are they chasing u if another manbis on birth cert as father?????? Thats illegal for a start falsifying a document……if dba dun youll no…..n if its not yrs then u dont pay for it……if it is yrs then u pay 252 quid for it…..unless gone up……involve ice team and tribunal service
As long as you refuse a DNA test they will presume you are the biological father, because you were named by the PWC, and you will be accruing arrears from 2009.
They consider the name on the birth certificate to be an irrelevance.
If you take a DNA test and prove not to be the father your test fee will be refunded and any arrears will disappear.
The action against you will never end until you have proved you are not the father.
Although the answers above are accurate you must consider the fact that the CSA are devious and dishonest. They will lose evidence and make up their own version I events. I have had several dealings with them where facts and figures quoted have changed within minutes of speaking to them. Their left arm doesn’t know what the right arm is doing. We are now going through the ombudsman and courts as they gave cost us over £13,000 plus and for sold the house which they deny ….. Deemed unfit for purpose over three years ago by the government but still nothing changes !!!!

They will refund the dna test fee if the child is not yours, as far as I’m aware.
They will ultimately take you to Court and if you still refuse a DNA test? Most judges will give you a custodial sentence!
