What will happen if he protests not to be the dad for the money’s sake?
Hi, I am pregnant and the father of the child has left and says he will not help me in anyway. he is now saying that it could be someone elses and this is really rude and offensive as he knows i’m faithful and loyal.
When the baby is born and he protest he is not the dad for money sake. What will happen? What if he wont take a dna test? Will it cost me to go to court? I just don’t know what i will be able to do?

they’ll do a dna test before doing anything and the money will be back dated from when u 1st get in contact with them.
They will do a dna test at HIS cost of 350pounds… and if he refuses the test they see it as he obs has something to hide and it accounted as the parent and stil has to pay. unless he proves otherwise.
The onus is on him to prove he is not the father not vice versa.
If u name him as the dad they will take money straight away until the dna come back as they dont give a shit
What man ever truly knows he is the Father of any child?
