What planet are the CSA from?
Just when you think they things cannot get any more stupid…… my son has lived with his mother for six years . during this time i have always paid 250 a month . i had concerns about her care of him and after a lengthy fight and expensive custody battle which so far has cost me 20 k i have been awarded custody , that was almost a year ago in which time i have received the grand sum of 100 pounds from her .
unbeleivably i now have the csa calling up demanding arreas that i know nothing about as i never missed a payment of 775 pounds . i am now in the position of having to pay maintenance when i have custody that far exceeds what i am getting to an proven unfit mother who the courts have not allowed to see her son his will put the child the money is for into poverty when he lives with me , on what planet do these people live , any advise would be appreciated.

Mate, you’re making the mistake of thinking that the CSA are in anyway concerned about the welfare of your son. They’re not…all they are concerned about is taking as much money from you (and probably your ex too) as they can, to hit their bonus targets…they are utter fucking scum.
Sue them. N1 claim form.
A friend of mine hasn’t received 1p from his ex wife despite her working as a shop manager (£20k+) and him giving all details. CSA have said they can’t take money as it is only a maternity cover job (3yrs and counting) and still wont despite it being income.
I am hopefully going to get his agreement to sue them for maladministration for about £10k which is what we reckon he is entitled to
