If ya only earning 80.00 a week she’s not entitled to anything . Look
On Csa calculator
i earn 77 a week and i still have to pay 21 a month
Bloody hell
Thts crazy…
Most u wud pay is 5 a week. Even on dole u pay 5 a week. Its 5 for first 100 then a percentage of the rest if u take home 200 or more it will be 25 percent for 3 kids
What if u earn 80 pound a week and have other children living with you? Do they take some from your 80 a week wage and some off your children’s child tax credits or just your wages ?
My partner works I don’t , I am the non resident parent but have 3 children wiv new partner, they don’t take his wage into account but was taking 26 pound a week from child tax credit and used that as my income that’s meant to be for my children living with me, I’m thinking maybe I should go to work earn under 100 pound n they would only be able to take five pound a week, unless they still take my kids child tax credit into account? I want to pay towards my kids that don’t live with me but find it wrong that they take it from my other children
Agrees with vicky. Entitled to nothing
My hubby pays 300 a month for one child that is 18 and in full time work all cos her mother as a habit of claiming child benifit I’m sick of ringing them and making complaint to child benifit u never win with the CSa we just manage to pay our mortgage and put food on table
That’s a lot of money for one child, especially if she’s 18 and working. I had a friend in a similar position they went to cab and was told they don’t have to pay anything as the child or should I say adult is no longer a minor and has her own income she’s should b classed as a non dependant now, I’m sure if they ain’t in full time education now they can’t get child benefit for her
Sounds a bit odd to do a job and earn £80 a week, but if that is what it is, then you would be liable for £5 a week under the current CSA scheme. However, if you were to be Self Employed it would not take a lot of working out to be £0 a week by the time you have done a Tax return, a simple claim for clothes and/or a mobile, meals or expenses etc would soon have your Taxable income to £0 and so your maintenance would also be £0.
