What is the CSA trying to say?
I’ve paid CSA for my three children for years now as well as for holidays, uniform etc etc and as my daughter has left school (she is 18 in January) and has gotten a full time job (in which she will be paid more than I am) I thought I would ask the CSA to review the case.
I’m told it will stay the same as ‘the change in circumstances will not affect my earnings by 5 percent or more’????
MY earnings, what does this mean? I cannot understand the wording at all,how is my daughter going to affect MY earnings??

You pay until they are 20 unless they go to university or go to work full time even if they start full time work at 16 ur liability ends. Your ex should not be getting child benifit if ur daughter works 24 or more hours and is not in education. Once child benifit stops csa stops.
Get this cheked and backdated (easier said than dun) if shes been gettin cb wrongly report her as thats the trigger to extort muny from u falsley
