What is happening to my partner’s money?
Hi, my husband is currently having issues with CSA, basically a court attachment comes straight out of his wages but his ex has not recieved a payment for 3 months!
I know my husbands company are in financial difficulty so is his employer keeping his money? What I would like to know is if the company does fold is my husband liable for the missing payments even though he had paid them or is the employer liable as its them who seems to be keeping the money. Any advice would be helpful . Also CSa have told the ex a criminal investigation will happen. Is that against my husband or the employer?

Odds are CSA cocked up when they had the attachment Setup. They did a similar thing to me before and gave me the wrong details on a renewal. Luckily I spotted it though.
Hi Samantha – contact your local MP as your husban will be held liable not his company… does your husbans payslip refer to any CSA payments, if so then take them to your MP and send a photocopy of them to the CSA as evidence…
Given the fact that the CSA staff are genuinely stupid, lazy and not interested in investigating anything, you will possibly have a fight on your hands.
