he will have to prove hes not the father by paying for a DNA test! if hes doing it to just delay things its a pretty expensive move on his part lol x
No Tracy CSA will do a DNA. If he is the father he will pay for the test if he’s not then she will
If he refuses to to a DNA for CSA then they will claim he is the father unless he can prove by DNA he is not
thats what I meant. The CSA will make him do a dna at his cost
If you make an application to the child maintenance service, this will cost you £20, and he disputes paternity a DNA test will be required.
If he proves to be the father the costs will be added to any arrears which he will have to pay.
If he is not the father the cost is absorbed by the CMS (the taxpayer).
If he refuses to take the DNA test or refuses to communicate with them they will assume he is the father and demand child maintenance from him with all that entails.
I went through all that with DNA. He refused it, went court said he must pay, but he never did. He’s a total wanker, and now they r old enough to know his true colours now. He’s the loser he’s missed out not me.
I hate guys that walk away like this. You do need to make a decision. Do you want him involved in your and the baby’s life? If not, are you able to forget him and start a nee life, job etc and ultimately find a new guy that will look after you and your child. Can parents, other family help? If you are chasing him just for money, then just hand the matter over to the Csa and leave it at that. But bear in mind that if he has to pay for his child then he may decide that he does, after all, want to be involved in his child’s life. Do you want that or do you want to never see him again? Sorry, it’s a very big decision which only you can make. Good luck, and enjoy your baby, child, teenager and everything that comes with them. Nappies, car seats, prams, and girl or boyfriends to come.
To the CSA Mothers word is LAW ….. she can claim anyone is the Father and the CSA will go after them 🙁
