It depends if the mum claims the child benefit for the daughter and her child it could still be payable because of her being so young
there is no change in therules because your child is pregnant. you can pay your child direct but yo would have to have proof that you have paid. some people seem to forget that it is called CHILD maintenance. not mums bonus. congrats though.
