How many people on here complain about PWC pay per view ? How is this any different ? he expects to gain financially for caring for his own flesh and blood ! Children are not possessions the sooner certain parents realise this the less the children get hurt ! Perhaps it’s a more feminist view but I care for my children’s emotional well being far more than my bank ballance ! Maintenance isn’t supposed to be a payment for the PWC it’s for the children ! No, not every PWC is a decent human being and ensures that ther children are adequately cared for but neither is every NRP !

I’m glad that me n my ex are meeting up next week (we live 5hours away from each other) and we r fucking the csa off and doin it our own way. Csa want him to pay too much n even thou he’s my ex n I don’t like him I think the system is unfair
It works both ways Christina if a women can get money of the ex for caring for HER own flesh and blood then the rules should also apply to the other parent

Agree with u there Daniel. Csa puts more kids in poverty than out of it . They should do away with it .i get that some parents can’t work out things mutually n need help towards child costs but it needs to be a more fair way of working out what’s to be paid
Does anyone know if u both want to cancel csa n there are arrears can u ask for them to be rid of aswel. Me n my ex just want rid of them all together .not bothered about arrears ,just want it wiped all together
I really don’t mind paying for the child, it just really annoys me that I pay what CSA want me to pay, one child has left school but I said I’ll still pay till they are 18, I buy their clothes I pay half for birthdays etc, but when she is on holiday for two weeks twice sometimes three times a year, why should she have the money because I know that its not going towards the kids, I love having him for those weeks and I also appreciate how hard it is being a single parent and working, I just feel that if I ha e the child for over a week then I should keep CSA
Whoever opened the case can ask for it to be closed.
The PWC can state that all arrears have been paid directly up to date.
If there are any arrears due to the Secretary of State these are still payable.
