Still pay
im right in thinking the republic of Ireland is southern Ireland?. in which case the csa has no jurisdiction in southern Ireland and will not beable to do an assessment so you will be given a nil assessment (if csa 2) or they will close the case if csa 1. They have jurisdiction in Northern Ireland only
You should still pay no matter what……!!!!!…. There your kids…..!!
If your not living in the uk you don’t have to pay csa, however. If the company you work for is uk based owned extra the bastards still can charge you.
I meant UK based owned ect ect
My employer is both uk and Ireland but they are moving me to the Irish payroll, I will pay tax in Ireland and have an Irish bank account, pay on euros etc etc
