What happens to my overtime on CSA?

June 12, 2014

Apart from my net income, if i earn overtime, does the amount of child support increas that I have to give?

As the overtime that I earn is what I live on! with out this I could’nt aford to live!

Currently my salary after tax and national insurance, and pension is around £2,350, but increase with overtime.

Please advise?

if you only do overtime in short bursts say a month or six weeks there is the danger
of the csa re-assessing you and only basing it on the overtime weeks you have
worked another nasty little trick where they cherry pick the best paying times
ignoring the normal hours on either side be aware!!!!

    As Sam says
These fucking vultures don’t give you any rest bite. You can’t earn overtime that’s probably only done because of the amount they take in the first place.
My advise is don’t do any overtime…why work you nuts off just to increase what the ex gets. I pay extra into my pension which the scum can’t touch and don’t do overtime at all . I’m dammed if my skank ex is getting any more than I’m already bled for.
