Did you tell em you was off sick and not earning
You need to make them aware so they can adjust accordingly unless you have proof of sick pay then you may be able to get it back dated
You have a protected earning level which they should not take you below so if you don’t earn because of sickness they cannot take….However on your next pay packet they play catch up because you will have arrears. It’s bollocks basically
It says in the CSA rules, You should inform us as soon as possible when you go on benefits. It does not say you must.
No thats correct the filthy scum take it back if ur wage falls below ur minimum they take it back wen ur pay goes back to normal its wrong but its in the handbook.
Wen I worked at fords we had 3wks off in summer 2wks at xmas. I wud get 3wks pay upfront and pay 3 wks csa in one go. The next 3wks they wud get nothing cos they been paid up front then my first pay they wud take 4 wks in one go they used to say they cant accept that but I cud not help how fords paid me and I wud scream at the csa to return the 3wks money but they refused saying it was arrears but I tried to explain they already had the 3wks upfront. This wud happen again at xmas so they wud get 5wks a year extra out of me and still say I was in arrears. Wankers
