What happens to CSA now that I’m in a new relationship?
I am a working professional, with two children from a previous marriage, aged 19 and 21, who are currently studying full time at University.
I am now in a new relationship and living with a man who has three children aged 11,15 and 16 from a previous relationship.
Can the CSA take my income/savings into consideration when calculating how much maintenance my partner has to pay his ex-wife?
Do I have to disclose my incometo the CSA?
Does this ruling change if we marry in the future?
