You do pay until they are 20 if they are still in education except uni Anthony Southern csa changed it a few yrs ago my son is 19 goes collage 2 days a wk works over 24hrs but they wont drop it. I stopped paying for 22 yr old daughter at 19 as it was 19 then now 20 the government want to rise it again to 25.
