How ridiculous!
Father has admitted that he is the father and he is happy with that. As such, it is an admission of parenthood.
If hes agreeing to pay why do u want CSA to be a part of it .
Another who wants money and everything there own way?
Because she wants more money lol he can just tell them that he is not on it and he can be funny then and say he dont no if he is real dad an be dna test to prove he is
Why haven’t you got the child’s fathers name on the birth certificate it’s against the law not to have it on I watch Jeremy Kyle on my days off lol
My lads dad isn’t on the birth certificate but I still go threw the csa
Since when is it against the law?
I’m not sure but I remember hearing it somewhere that it’s against the law not to be on but wether it is or not surely for the child’s benefit it should be on there anyway
The mother can not put the fathers name on the BC if he is not present at the registration unless they are married, pretty sure it’s not illegal not to have it on there though lol x
Its not a legal requirement, I suggest you get out more, as watching jezza is misleading you
It’s illegal to knowingly have the wrong person on there as the father. If you’re not married them the father has to be there to put his name on, if you’re married then I think you have to show your marriage certificate.
Vikki Louise Hall I do get out more thank you very much like I said I watch it on my day off but thanks everyone else for correcting me I think now you mention it Penny Wiskin-Fox it’s putting the wrong name on id always put my child’s name on his birth certificate it’s morally right
They won’t need to see the BC no .. If he accepts to pay CSA he has accepted parantage if he declines CSA attempts on these grounds a DNA will be done .. They won’t do a DNA after he accepts parentage by paying he would have to go to court otherwise

It is morally right but if they don’t go then they can’t go on it. My son’s biological father isn’t on my son’s birth certificate, not through my choice though.
I bloody love Jezza.
Iv recently had my 2 month old daughter registered im not married.
Wen I was married and had two kids 22yrs and 19yrs ago I never had to be there but if I wanted to go on birth certificate with my new daughter I had to be there by law. The baby took my surname but even tho she has my surname if me and Lynda Richardson do get married we have to re register the baby again by law so she is registeted in wedlock.
Same as my partner, we’re not married so he had to be there to go on it even though our son has his surname. Didn’t know we’d have to go back if we got married?
Well some dad’s pay there way and mums not let them see there child it’s so wrong if that happens y should dad’s pay if can’t see there own kids not the kids flat that there mum and dad not to gether but still need a mum and a dad xx
