What good is it if I never know when I’ll get paid?
After 1st ringing up in october 2013 I got my 1st payment in june 2014 after phoning nearly every week really poor company dont rush for nobody been struggling so much n the just dont push enough.
So got June n July’s payment didnt recive August’s n still hasn’t this is not good at all and to me the dont do anything to help in nearly a yr ive had 2 months payments absolutely useless servic! No one ever rings me back when the say the will. I mean what good is it never knowing as and when I will get paid think this service needs to be sorted its a disgrace! !!

Paid? It’s not a job or a salary, you haven’t worked for it. It is your children’s money for their upkeep, if your attitude is that you are not getting “paid” then good, I hope you don’t get any money at all.

Firstly its your child’s money so you dont get paid. I receive text message to say when my sons money is going to be recived into the bank!
Ah here’s the men thinking it’s wrong your paid money! Well fuck you all dads because you have to pay!! Some mothers can’t work because some dads are crap with child care arrangements and help! Hunny it all depends If your being paid weekly or monthly. Csa should be keeping you up to date on your payment plan and if the money has stopped all together they’ll have in their notes as to why! Ignore these knob heads that have commented. Typical men on here just think that all women are after cash.they don’t get it in their thick heads it’s a responsibility and they should wear condoms if they’re that bothered about coughing up.
Well yes she does get paid..it’s in her bank account and so the money is being paid to her! She’s not saying the money isn’t for her children before u all jump down this woman’s neck!
why do most men on here assume the woman doesn’t work……BOTH parents have a responsibility to provide for a child they have BOTH brought into this world, it’ seems that most men on here have serious issues with their ex partners and therefore tar all women with the same brush!!

It’s not a company it’s a government agency.
It doesn’t pay you it is merely a conduit from the payer to you. If the payer doesn’t pay there is nothing to pass on to you.
If you are dissatisfied you can close your case and come to a private arrangement, so much easier I’m sure and more reliable!

@ Gail Newman…vast majority of you women ARE out to just fleece the ex of as much cash as you can milk from him. If the system was remotely fair and means tested..then most of us on here bitching, would not do so.

I object in principle to being forced to hand over hundreds of pounds each month to the ex and her partner to do what they want with..I DO NOT object to giving my daughter anything she needs and wants…I OBJECT to be forced to give it to her mother. Excuse me this was my post why comment when you know nothing about me. Me and my ex settled on payments but all of a sudden stopped paying so I phoned csa October last year it took 8 months to get sorted if it’s not called getting paid what is it called? Yes the money is for my children and it’s also to provide for my children so fuck off back to ya sad little life’s hippacrittical bastards!!
