If the person making the claim refuses to have the DNA test done, the case should be closed with nothing owing
If she’s claiming him to be the father and she’s contacted CSA then he can get a test through them before they make an assessment. Do not give the CSA any of your income details till they have proven he’s the father, you will never get the payments back if he’s not the father. Honestly, don’t trust all the DNA tests you can get online, £145 sounds too cheap to be done correctly (i work for a company that deals with DNA testing).
Sue the CSA if they press the matter. Money Claim online £5,000 job done
