What can I do if she is refusing access?
Hi There, me and my ex split 1 year ago she have new life so do i move on?
I have been paying her 150 a month for our child and everything been nice used see him 3 to 4 times a week we had beautiful bond but then i found women i like and we start dating.
My ex find out that and stop me seeing my child because she dont like her but i have to like that she lives whith man since we split i was still paying her for child till now.
I stop paying her now and told her u not get any money from me if i cant see my child so she said she will report me to csa.
I not payd her from day one which i did but i was paying cash because it was easy for me pay cash on day when i come pick him up…..what to do in this situation?

Unfortunately, if you were paying her cash then you have no way of proving you have given her anything. On the plus side, CSA can only backdate to first contact (whenever they first TRY to contact you). Also, saying CSA and contact are two completely separate things, CSA don’t care if she stops you from seeing your child, they just want your money.
Csa can only be payed from day the claim was open if they try make u pay back pay till to take a run a jump of a cliff . She be put on the new rules witch mains she have to pay to open the claim go online and work out how much you well have to pay via csa put in your wag ect . You well have to take her to count to see your child csa want care if u see themn or not

Maintenance through the Child Maintence Service is only due from the date of application.
If you pay directly you will only pay the amount assessed but if you have to pay though them you pay an additional 20% and the PWC loses 7% of the maintenance.
It costs £20 to make an application.
Much better to make a private arrangement using the online calculator.
