What can I do if my ex keeps dodging the CSA?
I contacted csa on 14/12/12 to persuue my ex husband for child support for my 2 children. my ex works in the off shore industry.
On the 2 occasions that he has answered the csa he has told them that he was working and receiving cash in hand as payment.
He has also told them that he was unemployed once and another time he said he was living off savings. he has been working continuously throughout.
CSA have said there is nothing else they can do unless I can give them more information.he continues to work off shore and ignores the letters and phonecalls. csa have not written to me since march 2013.
I am at a loss as to what to do next.

Wait 13 weeks.
Open a new case with CMS.
CMS get income details straight from HMRC.

So for what company does he work and in which country is he paid? What contact with his children is he having? The more contact, the more he will spend on them.
Nothing forget about involving the CSA they only bother chasing those who pay and then they loose the payments.
see…this is how much the csa are interested in you lol…because they cant be bothered to chase people like him, means they have to work for their bottom dwelling pond life, instead they milk easy targets like me on the paye and honest.
trust me…they will do nothing.
