What a load of rubbish!
I am havin to ring the csa every mth as i dont always get payments like im suppose to. i get letter every year to tell me how much i should be gettin,those payments hardly ever appear! every time i ring them they always tell me theres nothin they can do and that theres no-one else i can speak to. i shouldnt have to be chasing my childs money,thats what they get paid for. i have spent so much money and time ringing them for nothing and i even wrote a letter of complaint which was completely ignored. they stress in their advert that fathers should be made to pay and support their children and that the csa is there to make sure they do…what a load of rubbish!!

Csa no support for carrying parents at all or wellbeing ot the child involved in case itsxa agency run buy the government for there financial gain even tho you still pay for your child they still take more than they should millions in payments every yr not going to the parents fact
I had a DEO (deduction of earnings order) placed on me as my ex told them she hadn’t received the increased amout of maintenance from me (they had neglected to inform me).
As a result the maintenance was taken from my wages at source.
Can you not get them to do that to your ex?
