We’re in debt just to pay everyday bills – how is this fair?
Well it started three yrs ago i had to pay 78.00 for two children. One started claiming JSA so we looked into my payments, which went from 78.00 to 590.00 per month taken from my wage.
I have a wife and at the time one dependent child, however this did not matter to the CSA. My son 16 enrolled in college and attended very rarely, i reported this and they said if mother claimed family allowance, i still had to pay.
Also last sept, he signed for college again and hasn’t attended since october, yet still im still paying this money. The mother claims tax credit family allowance plus the csa, its more than his jsa is worth yet its claimed illegally. The CSA wont listen.
Wwe split up when my daughter was 4 and son 3, he is now 18. I used to have the children staying with me weekends and holidays till they were 9 and 8, then they moved away but i still bought clothes and had them during school holidays but because their mum says i didn’t, i have no proof. I’ve been stung with an 11 thousand pound bill, we have struggled to make ends meet and have had to get into debt to pay basic bills and still they wont listen. How is this fair?

I am sorry to say that you have now become a victim of the CSA SCUM, the lowest life form in the universe, the most disgusting Paedophile out there is far superior to this SCUM, They don’t care how many debts you have, they don’t even care that your ex caused the debts, you have now become a cash cow for the scum to milk dry, and believe me, they will milk you dry
I don’t quite understand how your payments went from £78 to a staggering £590. I don’t have details of your case but my guess is that they are now using your household intake for their calculations, as in your patner’s income + yours….. there is very little you can do about this, regardless of your child being in college. If this amount will now put you and your family in financial hardship, you must appeal at once and forward a copy of your file onto your MP. Best wishes.

Why is it the csa don’t care that women play the game and take men for mugs surely they must know as a postman I will get overtime at Christmas time and that this is the only reason my X would wait till then!!! Now I have to pay a higher rate than I can afford the so called csa have my average wage at more than 90 of a difference than I m making!!! Due to I do not get overtime and I did tell them this!! Seems to show a pattern here there only here to rob men and treat us like scum I have 2 little girls and I also have a little boy which is not my son by blood but do u see me claiming costs for anything when I have him the CSA are another example of the government and how they are ruining our country the rich get richer and the poor get poorer!!!!!!
