We pay them but they don’t pay us!
My partner and i have been paying the CSA for the past 11 years. My ex-wife and my partner’s ex-husband live together and live with my two children, my partner and i live together with her two children.
She has never received a penny from her ex so we have paid to bring up four children. I take home £1400 per month and the CSA are now taking £66 per week plus over £1000 in arrears which they put me in as a mistake on their part but won’t remove them, which is leaving my family after paying normal bills with £200 per month for food, petrol etc… is this fair? I think not. Any help would be nice.

What a coincidence. I got ‘stitched up’ with £6400 because of a mistake. I think that the CSA are inventing these arrears, and I am pretty certain that what they are doing is ILLEGAL.
It’s about time the Serious fraud office investgated the CSA!
“the CSA are now taking £66 per week plus over £1000 in arrears which they put me in as a mistake on their part but won’t remove them”
This is fraud.
Get help from your MP and contact your local newspaper and inform them of progress.
This helps ensure your MP does the job they were elected for.
They always put it down as ‘a mistake with your case’. It’s false accounting by any other words.
Who inspects their accounts? The government accountants. The very same people that they are collecting for!
I have not been given ANY proof or evidence to say that I owe them £6,400 arrears! The EU courts and the Serious fraud office should investigate the CSA!
