You need to speak to the pwc about ringing the csa and asking for the case to be closed. Actually closed and NOT a private arrangement.
She needs to put it in writing to CSA that she wants to close the case. Get a copy of that letter for your own records.

You just both inform CSa on writing if the agreement made by you both
just get ur ex to ring and close the claim all you need to do
