We are desperate
The father of my child had his company transfer him to the Australian branch in Perth to avoid paying child support for his son in Yorkshire, i have come up against blank walls both in the uk and Australia with seemingly no one able to help us. I do know there is a small dept devoted to collecting support for fathers in Australia but on one seems to know how to contact it, please please help my son is 7 now and we are desperate. The father is a very wealthy man and can well afford to help out with school shoes etc.

Come to a mutuel agreement with him
I would be more gutted for the child who has virtually no chance of having regular contact and maintaining a relationship with their father. If he’s literally moved to the other side of the world I would suspect there’s little chance of coming to a mutual agreement ! My advice would be to ask your MP for assistance in finding out how to contact the department – if it does exist !
As Christina said, I’d be more worried about the child losing contact with the father. It really annoys me when people post up a subject which is solely money related.

Agreed Dave, her first thought should be the child and contact not a new pair of shoes and a handbag….
Maybe the poor sod actually got to the same point that hundreds of us cashpoints are at; struggling to keep businesses going/eat/live/exist??

Sorry but mutuel agreements don’t work..just received letter from Australia Csa for child support for my daughter after agreement I would use funds to retain contact..agreement lasted a year…agree it’s all about the money…

Sadly these money grabbing PWC’s are also the ones who love a bit of parental alienation.
When will the idiots in power finally kill the costly CSA and bring about much needed reforms to family law in general?
Oh thats right…. NEVER, because too many people get rich off the backs of bitches (oops sorry i mean PWC’s) like the original poster who are happy to say and do whatever they want to get the CSA to financially rape the fathers of their children to the point they can no longer survive.

Not mentioning any names, but from what I have noted about many so called “fathers/mens rights leaders”.. They will probably help this woman in her campaign to rob a father of his earnings..
Is there a Court Order for contact? If so, demand that the Court enforce the Order. It is the child that is suffering by not being able to be with his/her father.
