Useless CSA wont review case again
my ex is self employed and in june he submitted last years earnings and apparently he only has £5 a week to leave off so he doesn’t have to pay any maintenance surprise surprise, after speaking to the csa i have still gotten nowhere, I asked when can it be reviewed again because he has loads of work at present. They said it doesn’t get reviewed again?? I am so confused so you are telling me that he never has to pay again because he wont contact them informing them that his income has INCREASED?!!! Where do I go next? the inland revenue??

Inland revenue cant tell u anything about your x at all and there dont have anything to do with csa thats why csa do there checks and have come up with what there have and csa do checks every now and again to make sure then if he lied u will get it back dated

thank you Poppy wilson on your comment but I have worked for the past 14 yrs since my children were infants ….. and I dont get benefits before you go there
I know this person and his accountant needless to say csa have said if no proof in black and white then they will not review
this mother already works and no benefits and the ex has not paid anything since 2012 ….really hate people’s comments on here that haven’t a clue of the circumstances they all think the ‘mother’ is after a quick fix

I’ve not had a penny at all since we split. Hate him …… and his family….. BUT they see my children, take them out and buy them things I can not afford. Have 2 children and work more hours than I care to count. Living with my children is all the reward I need and yes I know what it is to struggle to make ends meet……..
Ohh and I have never had any benefits
