Unsupportive ex now wants money and no one will listen
My ex husband owe me money and will not pay it but now my child moved out he want me to pay for.
I not got a problem paying for her but I don’t think he sould get away with not paying me it makes me sick.
When I told the c.s.a to take want I owe him out of want he owe me they will not do that and now I am getting letter every other day saying I need to pay. This morning I got one saying to pay or else.
Why don’t they listen to me? I don’t know what to do.

ADVICE NEEDED, my marriage ended when my son was five, and shortly after she abandoned my son at school since then i have brought him up hes now fourteen. she refuses to pay any maintence claims shes not working nor claiming benifits say the csa and yet knowing my ex for twenty years she is VERY high maintence csa cant or wont do anything to help i dont know where she is nor has she ever sent a christmas or birthday card for my son,When two people bring a life into this world you both have a parental responsibility,all i would like is a little fincial help from her, is that too much to ask ?????
