Unstable and intrusive ex-partner – has anyone had similar experiences?
In summary I have an ex partner who has been proven through court to have phycological issues. Unfortunately influence has been applied to children (2off) who want no contact.
The intrusiveness of my ex partner is remarkable to the extent she has appealed after appeal at the CSA. (She has even with assistance from CSA gone through process with HMRC) regarding my tax returns et all.
I believe again (variations, inconsistent lifestyle), you name it she tries anything and everything to impose upset. I have from sound source that she has instructed the local MP?.
This must be a full time role for her due the amount of effort etc.
Has anyone had similar experience of intervention from MP and what are their boundaries etc, in other words what’s coming next?.
Must point out that I do support my children financially (even holidays etc).
Any guidance would be appreciated with the hope if being left alone from an unstable ex partner.

I have had to deal with a psychopath of an ex for the past thirteen years. The courts could not care less about the emotional and psychological torment. My lawyers textual words were that the guy has personality traits of a psychopath but with his charm and high flyer job can persuade anybody
The M.P. will only try to ensure that the CSA are working correctly and following legislation.
Funny u say that about the MP. ok in order to use the parliamentary ombudsman it has to go through the MP who if satisfied that you are not wasting his time will ask the ombudsman to investigate and report.
Given that your ex is a genuine nut. There are substantial grounds for you to act on. if she is njot prepared to comply with the court order. the question to be put is is she able to meet the need s of the children. I would have a brief read of the childrens act of 1989 with a focus on section 1.
there are very few reason why you could not get custody. in the least it would be a bargaining tool

My husbands ex is just the same, if you have nothing to hide then she’ll just end up looking a fool….it is stressful to say the least, not sure if you can have her for harassment if csa etc show you are doing no wrong. Unfortunately it becomes a game for exs like this and their life consumes it, it’s incredibly sad.
