Unique cases not taken into consideration
I am a working man and I payed £74 a month that was in 2013.my other ex put a clain agains me on 2014 so I have 2 boys to two different women now my csa is £271 a month iam not hiding away from this I love my kids and now I cant pay for train faires to get them to see me.
I am also married my wife has 3 kids and I pay for them not in csa but in cash her ex has the kids but the csa wont take them on boad the council wont take them on board their should be more help or uniqu cases

You can apply for a variation for travelling expenses. My ex did this however didnt get it as we have a court order that says shared residence even though he only sees him every other weekend. I dont agree with this variation myself as no one should complain about how much it costs to see their child but every ones opinions are going to be different
I don’t think its a case of complaining how much it costs to travel to see your child, it’s more a case of they’ve taken all your money so u have none left to pay to see them. If csa actually left people with some money , complaining wouldn’t b an issue
74. A month to 271 huh hws that work out would be double am sure which is 150 unles u av a few more unknown kids

Charlotte would say that sould be know variation cus all she cares about is money she has always got something to say y u all pay taxes she is living off that on dole money earning double we are she lives to claim CSA

i am a mother with shared care and as my ex gets the child benefit for our daughter he reported me to the csa… they r taking £225 out off my £535 four weekly wage and making it impossible for me to live.. I have other children who live with me full time and they just dont seem to care. I have been phoning them every week for the last 8 months and it still aint been resolved.
The starting point I think is, what system are you on, next question would be what is your income, from there it is a simple mathematical equasion so as to determine whether or not the CSA have calculated the maintenance requirement correctly.
hi there im the wife of the man that created this post not only do we both have kids to our x partners we also have our own 3 kids that live with us while the csa take all that money they don’t leave us enough to live on as a family of 5 and also pay for my 3 kids also that live with their dad but the csa will not take them into account as we don’t get child benefit for them so we are left to struggle to the extent that we are finding it realy hard to pay our rent for our kids we have together and also pay our household bills when my husband spoke to them about this he was told that they have taken £8 of for our kids that live with us how generous .
I will tell certain people that this is not a site for bitching at your ex in a public space. u two really need to just fucking grow up or piss off. we are here to help those who actually need help and yes we draw on our sometimes painful past experiences. get over it and you know who I mean. wasters
