Uninformative ex is no help
I have given all the information I can but she quit the job before starting it. But due to the fact that mutual friends gave me the information, She isn’t going to tell them and she is certainly not going to tell me.
So either I have to follow her which is impossible as I could be accused of harassment. Or I just got to forget getting any money out of her for support of the children.
I have since approached my MP who is going to take it up with the CSA. So will let you know what happens in due course.

My ex was the same… I followed him! Found out his place of work 🙂 it was good fun too haha!! Proper James Bond… Or csa can do a work check… Takes a little while but everything is backdated anyways! my ex has been trying to get away from paying for my daughter for years and I don’t stop contact! He’s just an arse. They set up a direct payment for him recent for a lot because of his back payments and he’s failed to pay yet again!! Csa take their time with the cases and it’s not fair but they will eventually catch up with them. In the long run we can say we are way better role models than they could ever be!!!
Unfortunately I cant follow her as she lives quite a distance away!… I just got to except that she isnt going to help in anyway and I dont have to say thank you at the end of the day! But I think the Government could do more especially when they appear that they are not going to work maybe even taking the money from their partners as an incentive to get their houses in order! As it not fair on the children!! Does anyone know what the rule is when the absent parent gets remarried please?
