Totally fed up with useless CSA
CSA must win the prize for most “untouchable”, incompetent, useless, annoying, bird brained bunch of “can do nothing wrong” but manages to fuck it all up anyway imbeciles on God’s Earth ! I have had 9 years of hell from these people. They loose files, cannot keep simple accounts, unable to retain any record of anything, unable to think past their own computer screen like a human being might. They make arbitrary decisions without any real sense or system, they constantly change your payments and send one letter after another until your case is such a confused mess that they cannot even comprehend what they have done or how they arrived at their own decisions.
When they have confused the payments so much that you don’t quite know what is happening they by-pass you altogether and go straight to your wage packet and take what ever they like, regardless what your living expenses are and without even checking to see if they are taking the right amount.
When you complain to these people you are just pissing in the wind, they are complete imbeciles – they took 6mths to send me a form ! They have no record of email, letters and phone conversations and even when you send them evidence, then they loose it ! They never apologise for anything, they do not care whether the child is actually getting the money and no checks are done on the spending habits of the mother. If you try to claim some expenses you might as well push peas up hill with your nose ! The CSA owes me over +£3000 pounds and I have no hope of getting any of it back due to their incompetence. There is even no-one independent with a brain to complain to.
The CSA represents every possible bad effort ever made. They all need to be taken outside and shot.

You are right about the CSA we have all experienced it but what type of human being would work for the CSA none that I would recognise as a human being.

I recon a pond full of goldfish would do better at sorting out the mess these idiots have made.Perhaps all the staff there have been experimented on by aliens and then put to work at the CSA ? Either that or they are all from nursery going work experience lol……fuckwits all of them
Suggesting someone deserves to be shot doesn’t really make you a great person either… It’s aggressive statements like that that completely nullify any sympathy you might deserve for the situation you’re in. If people on this website want to stand up against the CSA, don’t do it with poorly thought out arguments and threats of violence (the latter of which could potentially come back and bite you).
Don’t blame the CSA workers they have target driven deadlines to work against and have been recruited because they believe its all black and white, at least thats how they sleep at night. All absent fathers are avoiders and all PWC are saints who are believed without any sanction of reason.
Imagine being offered a job where you had to demand money from people for mistakes that they made 5, 10, 15 or even 20 years ago by an agency so malfeasant it beggars belief who know no concept of fair and proper behaviour. What sort of people would do such work. The average CSA worker has a few O Levels, no training in councilling, accounts, law,negotiating, The Child Support Act (any version) , social work, psychology – yet they intervene in all these areas in a draconian and obscene way by anti human rights and short thinking .
And yet these poorly educated arbiters of the state have become the judge and jury in complicated family cases where there is right and wrong on all sides but the only wrong that is persecuted is the absent parent.
All this used to be sorted out by an Independent magistrate who heard both sides and demanded evidence to ascertain a fair settlement.
Now it is just the EVIL CSA acting on a whim . A Caseworker at the EVIL CSA after a phone call that annoyed them can persecute someone into dreadful debt and homelessness.
I cannot agree more with what every one has said regarding the CSA- Ive had the misfortune of dealing with them over the past 6 months and its been like banging my head against a wall. My son has been living with my mum who i have been paying an adequet arrangement to and CSA got involved even after me making them aware that my son no longer lives with his mum but they still deducted £450 per month from my wages and was paying it to my ex who doesnt see my boy! I was telling them for 6 months and they never listened to me once, my mum got cancer and my son had to move back with his mum (i only have a 1 bed bungalow which is no where near his school). Its a shockingly badly run organisation which is unfit for purpous and all those people who work there shouldnt be getting paid for the terrible job they are doing. I agree with CSA in principal but how they go about it and the legislation they use is unbelievable really- for instance they refuse to accept having a car is essential to work even though it is in my job but its not allowed to be taken into consideration when they are looking at your expendature- they was prepared to let me give my job up which is really going to help my son out? i cant believe it- I really hope they all have painfull long & drawn out deaths.
Im having a very big problem with these people, how is it fair that they have taken so long in sorting my claim out that i now owe £5000 i dont even know where this figure has come from.
i live with my partner and three children im paying £470 a month the problem im having is i dont mind paying as they are my kids, my wife left me for another guy years ago the money she gets is not means tested against any claims she makes to the goverment but mine is where the sence in that.
how can you take this amount of money from one house and not help them i find it uttery stupid that i have to pay them back all this money within two years even tho ive been paying them since 1998.
im looking for some help in this as i cant even find where my kids are now as my ex wife has changed there names all i want is to see them is there anyone that can help.
